With 15 years of experience in healthcare, including seven years as a Physician Associate, Noelle Kraus has dedicated her career to understanding the human body and caring for the people behind the diagnoses.

Her background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in Chemistry, Environmental Science, and Music, followed by a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Throughout her career, she has worked in dermatology and alongside physicians across numerous surgical specialties, including neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics, plastic surgery, trauma, and general surgery.

But through all those years of medical training and clinical experience, one lesson has stood out above the rest: exceptional care begins with listening.

After witnessing countless patients navigate a healthcare system that often prioritizes quick appointments and symptom management over meaningful conversations, Noelle envisioned something different. A place where patients could slow down, ask questions, feel genuinely heard, and take a more active role in their health.

That vision became Alive IV Therapy.

Outside the clinic, Noelle enjoys gardening, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her beloved dog, Kona.
