Your firstvisit, made easy.
Paperwork and booking both run through Aesthetic Record. Here's what to expect and how to get ready for your first appointment.
Three simple steps.
Complete your paperwork
New-patient paperwork is signed electronically through Aesthetic Record before your visit — new-patient information, medical history, consent, arbitration, and pre/post-care instructions.
Consultation
We'll talk through your goals and determine whether a treatment is appropriate and suitable for you.
Personalized treatment
New-patient IV appointments run 60 minutes and carry a $25 deposit that is credited toward your treatment. Peptide programs start with a 30-minute consultation ($25, credited toward your first treatment within 30 days). Wellness injections are 15 minutes, with no consultation fee.
Signed once. Good for a year.
Intake and booking are both handled through Aesthetic Record. Your signed paperwork stays valid for 365 days, and Aesthetic Record sends the reminder when it's time to renew — so returning patients rarely fill anything out twice.
